Insights and reporting

The Insights dashboard turns your day-to-day records into a clear picture of your practice. It shows:

• Key numbers: active clients, total sessions, average sessions per client, and sessions this month.
• Charts of your clients by location and coaching tier, and your session volume over the last several months.
• Your most active clients, and a needs-attention list of clients who have gone quiet, so you can reach out before it is too late.

Every number is derived from data you entered. CoachFile reports what is there; it does not invent trends. Insights is part of the paid plans; see Billing and subscriptions.
