You can start free, with no credit card. The free preview lets you import up to 5 clients so you can judge the quality of the migration with your own notes. The preview is read-only beyond that: it is for evaluating, not for running your full practice. Free preview accounts last as long as you want them to. There is no countdown and no surprise charge.

Activating a plan

When you are ready, activate a plan with a card. Your account unlocks right away, and you can bring in the rest of your clients, log new sessions, use templates, and see Insights. For current plans and prices, see the pricing page.

The 14-day money-back guarantee

If CoachFile is not for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge, no questions asked, from your billing settings. After that, normal cancellation applies: you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.

Managing your subscription

• Change or cancel your plan from the billing settings, which open the secure customer portal.
• Export all your data as JSON or CSV any time.
• Delete your account yourself, with a 30-day grace period before anything is permanent.
