Adding your first client
To add a client by hand, use the Add client button in your Clients directory. A short step-by-step form walks you through it.
- Identity. The client's name and coaching tier are all that is required. Everything else is optional, because real coaching notes are often incomplete, and we would rather store what you actually know than guess.
- Details. Location, occupation, and any custom fields you have set up. Leave anything blank that you do not have.
- First notes. Add a few bullet points from your first or most recent session. You can always add more later.
- Review. Check what you entered, then save.
Your new client appears in the directory right away. Click any client to open their profile panel, where you can edit details in place and read the full session timeline. To tailor which details you track, see Customizing fields.
